Accounts Executive

The Accounts Executive position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and timeliness of the account and finances of the 3 facilities that Climb Central runs. This role will also encompass a dual function and allows you to interact with our customers on the front end. 

We aim to allow you to grow not only in the accounting field but also management and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities
Accounting role

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and accounting schedules

  • Manage AP and AR functions

  • Quarterly reporting for GST

  • Maintain Fixed Asset register

  • Manage intercompany billing

  • Assist in casual staff payroll

Customer Service/Floor Management

  • Manage customer safety & part time staff in the facility during operation hours

  • Provide good customer service to our customers

  • Work with everyone on the team to value-add to the overall climbing experience for our climbers.

Minimum requirements:

  • Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or other relevant field

  • Relevant experience in the same capacity will be an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

  • Proficient in MS Office Skills, particularly in Excel

  • Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PR) only

Other Information:

  • 40 hours work week

  • Required to work weekends/public holidays
