Climb-a-ton 2016 Event Highlights

Across 8 and 9 October 2016, Climb Central celebrated our 2nd birthday by hosting the first ever climbing marathon! Climbers climbed together as a team of 2 or three (Buddies or Kakis category) to complete 42.195 routes in under 3 hours. With more than 300 climbers over the four time slots, Climb-a-ton was fully subscribed days before its opening.

Here’s to remembering the highlights of the day:

‍Ready, get set, Go! Anticipation and excitement as climbers set off from under our balloon arch starting line! Did you know we specially requested for the arch height to be at least 2 meters to cater for taller climbers.

Climbers, climbers, many climbers everywhere!

‍So many memorable moments watching climbers work together. Shout out to De Hua, one of the most inspirational climbers you could meet.

‍Finish your climb, pick up your finisher shirt and take an awesome photo! Congratulations to all finishers for working hard and persevering.
