  • Where can I purchase the multipasses under this promotion?

    • Multipasses can be purchased over the counter at any of our five Climb Central outlets or via the website on this page.

  • Is there a limit to how many multipasses I can buy?

    • There are no limits to the number of multipassses you can purchase.

    • Existing multipass terms and conditions still apply (1 year validity).

  • What is the expiry date on these multipasses?

    • The multipasses will expire ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

  • Can the expiry date of the multipasses be extended?

    • No, the expiry date of the multipasses cannot be extended.

  • Can I purchase the multipasses as a gift for a friend/on behalf of a friend?

    • Yes, if you are purchasing the passes over the counter, do inform our staff that you are intending to credit the multipasses to another person’s account.

    • If you are purchasing the passes online, do enter your friend’s/family member’s particulars in the purchasing page.

  • Where can I use my multipasses?

    • Your multipasses can be used across all five Climb Central outlets, giving you the flexibility to climb at any location.

  • Will the multipass discount apply to other services, merchandise or classes?

    • The multipass discount applies strictly to climbing entries. It does not extend to other services, classes or merchandise.

  • Can I share my multipass with friends or family?

    • Multipasses are non-transferable, however, pass holders can share their passes with others only if they are physically present the counter.

    • You may also link your accounts via the “Multi Pass Linking Form” on our website to allow others to use your passes even when you are not present to climb.

  • Are there special rates for students or senior citizens?

    • The multipass flash sale offers a flat rate discount applicable to all customers. There are no additional discounts for different age groups during this sale.

  • What if I still have climbs left on my current multipass?

    • Multipasses are deducted on a first-in-first-out basis. If you have existing multipasses in your account and have not used them, they will be deducted first before the new ones that are purchased during the promo are utilized. Do take note of the expiry date of your current existing passes in your account if you wish to purchase more passes during the promo.

  • Is the multipass refundable?

    • All multipass sale during the promo are final and non-refundable.

  • Does the promo apply to “Adult-Child Multipasses” also?

    • No, the promo is only applicable to normal multipasses.
