People & Culture Executive (Climb Central)
Responsibilities:
Performing recruitment process such as job posting, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, employment contract preparation
Providing support to other People & Culture team members in training processes such as updating training materials, updating job descriptions
Processing necessary authorised claims; government-paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, income tax submissions (IR21), NSmen claims, etc
Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records
Assist other ad hoc duties as assigned by your superior such as processing MOM work passes related matters
Performing floor operations shifts as Crew (2-4 weekly):
Crew duties include: perform safety briefing, conducting safety rounds, engage with customers to build Climb Central culture
Requirements:
Willing to work shifts
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
2 - 3 years of working experience in Human Resource Operations
Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, Income tax and legislations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within the deadline
Meticulous and willing to learn
