  • Unlimited entry for 1 pax
  • Valid across all outlets
  • No Initiation Fee
  • No freezes or transfers

Note:

  • Birthday Guest Pass is valid once per year within the Orange/White Pass holder’s birthday month.

  • Birthday Guest Pass excludes the One-Time Registration Fee for First-Timers and Gear Rental.

  • In the event that the gym is full and entry is closed off, Orange Pass members will still be allowed priority entry into the gym.

Membership Changes

Updates

  • Update of contact info
  • Change of billing methods
  • Change of card number
  • Change of membership options (e.g. White Pass to Orange Pass)
  • Change of add-ons (e.g. addition of Locker Rental)

Cancellations

To cancel your membership, head over to the Customer Portal.

All memberships are non-transferable.

Freezes

Freezes can only start on the 1st day of the next month to a maximum of 3 months.

Credit/Debit card and Bank Account (GIRO) monthly billing will continue at the freeze rate of $10.90/month.

Membership will automatically be unfrozen on the indicated Freeze End Date and monthly dues will be charged on the 1st day of the next month.

To unfreeze before the Freeze End Date, head down to our counter and complete payment for your prorated monthly dues or via the Customer Portal.

Medical Freezes

For Medical Freezes, please email us at info@climbcentral.sg with a copy of your doctor's letter or medical certificate indicating the period which you are unable to climb. Your request will be processed separately.

Freezes and cancellations will only take effect from the 1st of the following month.
Please note that all payments made including monthly subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. To ensure your changes are processed for the next month, please submit your request by the 20th of the current month.
