Silver Pass (Senior Membership Pass) Sign-Up
Introducing the Silver Pass!
At Climb Central, we’re excited to launch our Silver Pass membership, designed to welcome climbers of all ages.
Silver Pass: Perfect for seniors, offering flexible access during both peak and off-peak hours. It’s a great way to stay active, social, and engaged in a supportive community.
Climbers will have to be 60 years old and above (according to birth date) to be eligible
Terms & Conditions
Applicable to both new and existing members
Silver Membership Passes will be valid for unlimited climbs across ALL Climb Central outlets
Sign-ups will be available online and over-the-counter
Any add-on products (Locker or Gear Rental) will continue to be billed monthly subjected to prevailing GST rates
For New Member Sign-Ups
New sign-ups for the Silver will start on the day that you sign up for it (E.g. If you sign up for the membership on the 1st of October, you need to start on the 1st of October as well).
If you do start your membership in the middle of the month, you will pay a prorated amount.
Monthly charges will be done on the 1st of every month afterwards.
For Existing Members
For current Orange or White Pass members who wish to convert their memberships to the Silver Pass, please submit a ticket on the “Contact Us” page on the Customer Portal.
How do I freeze my membership?
If you do wish to freeze your membership, please make the changes on the Customer Portal under the “Memberships” tab.
Freezes can only start on the 1st day of the next month to a maximum of 3 months.
You will still be charged the monthly $10.90 (GST incl.) freeze fee during your Freeze Period.
Memberships will be automatically unfrozen on the “Indicated Freeze End Date” and monthly dues will be charged on the 1st day of the next month.
Membership Changes
Freezes and cancellations will only take effect from the 1st of the following month.
Please note that all payments made including monthly subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. To ensure your changes are processed for the next month, please submit your request by the 20th of the current month.
