Student Pass Terms & Conditions:

  • Available to both new and existing eligible members, with unlimited access across all Climb Central outlets.
  • The $109 Initiation Fee (GST incl.) is waived for new Student Pass sign-ups.
  • Sign-ups are available online and over-the-counter.
  • Your membership begins on the date you sign up, with the full monthly membership fee of $76.30 (GST incl.) charged upon sign-up.
  • Subsequent payments will be charged on the same date each month.
    Example: 15 Sep → 15 Oct → 15 Nov.
  • Student Pass Memberships cannot be frozen or transferred.
  • Locker and Gear Rental Add-Ons are billed monthly and are subject to prevailing GST rates.
  • Existing Orange or White Pass members who wish to convert to a Student Pass should submit a request via the “Contact Us” page on the Customer Portal .

Cancellations

To cancel your membership, head over to the Customer Portal.

All memberships are non-transferable.

Please note that all payments made including monthly subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. To ensure your changes are processed for the next month, please submit your request by the 20th of the current month.
